Solidarity and Sustainable Community

The missionaries who live in the Ignis Mundi centers do so in a totally different way, with concrete customs and commitments that guarantee a lifestyle of simplicity, solidarity and sustainability.

To ensure sustainability, we build:

  • Water Treatment

    We built a wastewater treatment plant.

  • Composting

    We use the natural & biological transformation process of oxidation of everyday organic waste to create nutrient-rich compost.

  • Electricity

    We built a renewable energy electricity infrastructure for self-consumption.

  • Recycling

    We have a space for recycling and waste separation.

  • Reforestation and Conservation

    We carry out a process of reforestation and conservation of native flora species.

  • Water Collection Tanks

    We have rainwater collection tanks.
